Day 9 - Stephanie
















Breakfast: Oatmeal pancake (oats, egg whites, fat-free vanilla syrup), cup fat-free milk, coffee
















Snack 1: handful of raw almonds and truiscuits


















Lunch: Salad (arugula, chick peas, grilled chicken, egg whites, peas, asparagus)
















Post workout meal: Max Muscle High 5, XTR amino acids














Snack 2: Greek yoghurt, green tea
















Indian dinner: Chicken tikka, rice, nan, yoghurt sauce, one glass white wine (shared)

















Desert: Shared sweet rice, coffee (bad, bad, bad!)
