Day 15 - Stephanie

Breakfast: 2 slices grain toast, jam, coffee
Snack 1: Quicky into GNC and bought an "Atkins bar". Not much time past few days preparing food at home for the next day.
Lunch: Business lunch. Panini was the best I could do - didn't eat the bread and cheese. Side salad was ok, but too wet for my taste.
Snack 2: Mini apple. Sorry already had a bite before the picture.
Snack 3: No, this is not my fridge but my Protein Shake.
Dinner: A stressful day called for some Spaghetti! Sorry, I'm no inspiration here!
