Breakfast: What I always eat
2 Wasa crackers w/hummus
Post workout meal: Protein Shake
Lunch: Lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomato, balsamic dressing
Greek Yoghurt
Dinner: Mustard crusted salmon, asparagus, low-fat dill dip
