Snack: Atkins bar

Post Run Meal: Protein Shake

I have been sooo hungry today - coming home to post my day I searched for my lunch picture, realizing I forgot to eat my lunch today. Ooops! That's why I was starving!!!

Snack: Pear

Dinner: Scrambled egg whites, chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes

Snack: Heritage Cereal, fat-free milk
