Breakfast: 2 slices grain toast, jam, coffee

Snack 1: 1 Wasa cracker, hummus, small pear

Lunch: 2 Wasa crackers, smoked salmon, low-fat dill dip, cucumber, tomato

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Muenster, Veggies
