Day 19 - Stephanie

Breakfast: The usual!

My cell died while at work!
Snack: handful of triscuits and almonds
Lunch: Chicken, beans and grains salad
Snack: one serving Crisps crackers

Dinner: Chicken, pasta, veggies (asparagus, tomatoes, peppers)

So hungry - alway when I do a leg workout that day!
Snack: Greek Yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, Heritage cereal
