Day 23 - Stephanie

Breakfast: As always except of tea (out of coffee)


Post workout meal: Protein Shake

Snack: 2 Wasa crackers w/i can't believe it's not butter, jam, coffee (finally!)

Lunch: Chicken cesar salad
Dinner: Half roasted chicken (no skin), rice, spinach
Desert: Small raspberry tart
