Day 24 - Stephanie

so, so hungry today!!!

7:30am: 2 slices oatmeal toast, jam, coffee, oj (out of water!!!)

9:30am: 2 Wasa crackers, hummus, tofu turkey

12pm: Protein shake, amino acids, oj, water

2pm: Chicken, beans, lettuce, veggies, fat-free dressing

4:30pm: Oats, granola, fat-free milk

7pm: turkey meat balls, w/homemade pepper/tomato sauce, brown rice, one glass wine
