Breakfast – granola, OJ, coffee
Lunch – Veggie wrap and simple side salad
Snack – wanted something hot
Dinner – Spinach lasagna and spinach salad…getting my Popeye on!
Lots of healthy stuff we eat is not hot - I noticed that, too and with the cooler temps an occasional soup will be a must!
