Day 10 - Stephanie
















Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast, jam, cup fat-free milk, coffee
















Pre run snack: 5 Nabisco triscuits, 5 raw almonds












Snack 2: Apple
















Snack 3: Raisin Bran Flakes, fat-free milk. I’m having trouble finding my favorite cereal: Kelloggs High Fiber Bran Flakes - anyone seen them around?















Lunch: Chicken breast, salad (arugula, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, fat-free balsamic vinegarette
















Dinner: Chicken breast, brown rice, asparagus (aren’t they great – from local farmers market), low fat dill dip
















Snack 4 (still hungry!!!!!!): Kashi Honey Toasted Cereal, Greek Yoghurt (0% fat), fat-free milk

  1. I hate that still hungry feeling...it's like the delay of flash to bang when you fire a canon!

    I've eaten and I am "still" hungry??? Really!!!
