Breakfast – Trader Joes Pumpkin Pancakes with Blueberries, I did not eat all of these, I had 2, 3, 4!
Lunch – Reddiegg and Tofutti cream cheese omelet with avocado and bamboo jade sea salt, – different salt has different tastes. Toasted bagels centers (cut a bagel into thirds)
Snack – Kashi TLC bar
Dinner, at the Labor Day local concert, Salmon en Croute, simple salad, bottle of Stella Artois!
Huh, I really first thought you ate all of the pancakes!
