Breakfast

Fage Greek Yogurt, % Fat, plain
Handful High Fiber Bran Flakes
Small Handful Shredded Almonds, blanched
1 cup of Coffee

Snack 1

Apple, Lots of Green Tea

Post Workout Meal

Max Muscle High 5 Protein Shake
Bit of OJ, Water, Amino Acids

Lunch

Chicken breast, Whole Wheat Fussili, Peppers, Tomatoes

Snack 2

Handful of raw Almonds, Truscuits (Hint of Salt)

Dinner


Portobello/Chicken Salad
