Breakfast – Home made granola @work, (OJ; earlier with Supps), more coffee and FRS. Energy levels low with broken nights sleep and 4:30 alarm call for 7 miles
Lunch – Veggie wrap with soy egg and side salad, I ate half the wrap at lunchtime and the other half around 4:30pm as a snack
Dinner – mint and rosemary lamb kebabs with side salad and blue cheese crumbles, looks better than it tasted!
I hope the FRS did a good job this morning!
