Pre Run Snack: few almonds, triscuits
Breakfast/Post run meal: 2 slices toast, jam, coffee, protein shake
Snack: 2 Wasa crackers w/hummus, mini apple
Lunch: Long time no food from PUMP: Chicken, brown rice, veg. chili, cucumbers
It was sooo good: Protein blueberry muffin, no fat, from PUMP
After work drink w/colleagues: One Corona
Dinner!? Tofurkey on toast (NO time to cook)
Dinner!? Small portion pasta w/ light pink vodka sauce (what hubby made:-)
