Day 8 - Stephanie

Breakfast
2 slices whole wheat toast, jam, coffee

Snack 1
Nabisco triscuits, raw almonds, green tea

Post run meal
Max Muscle High 5 Protein shake w/ amino acids

Lunch
Chicken breast, brown rice, beets, low fat dill dip

Snack 2
Blueberries

Dinner

Appetizers shared with my husband (ok, this doesn’t make me exactly shine tonight;-)I had a shitty day, so I needed to end my day a bit better by going out to dinner.

Salad: Avocado, white bean, tomato, cucumber, beets
Chicken quesadilla
Hummus w/ whole grain pita bread
