Opps forget breakfast…no time really on the road by 6:15am
Two of the four I had during the three hours
DIY recovery drink – yogurt, Gu Brew, frozen berries
Lunch – Grilled cheese sandwich with avocado and grilled onions
Snack – yeah not great!
Snack 2 – just hungry!
Dinner…well it’s 9pm I feel some cereal coming on!
Ahhh...night cereal cravings!!!!!!! Almost every night these fellas jump into my mind:-) But as a snack;-) Or desert!
