OK day 7 sort of. I joined this last week but I was on vacay over the weekend and ate crap.
So today I was busy and didn't take pics other than for breakfast. But here's what I ate.
B: coffee, yogurt with meusli and dried fruit
L: egg salad wrap (provided to me at work)
D: homemade Tortilla Soup and a tortilla with melted cheese.
Snack: banana
OK so today, I wasn't trying very hard. Tomorrow will be better.
