Breakfast – Home made bread with home made peanut butter, small bowl of granola, coffer and OJ
Before ride fuel – 2 bottle Cytomax, 1 bottle Cliff Shot, 1 Bottle Vitayte, 3 Gu gels, 1 Hammer Gel, 1 Honey Stinger gel, Gu Chomps and Cliff Shotbloks and Roks
After ride empties – 3:05 and 45 miles (according to Garmin 3500 calories! Yeah right!!), 5 bottles empty; I refilled at a gas station, 2 gels, Bloks, Rocks and Chomps gone…approx 750 calories
Recovery shake
Lunch – home made bread, cheese, prosciutto and avocado with pink salt
Lunch continued – half a slice with jam!
Snack – Raw Organic Bar, playing with my iPhone camera
Dinner – pizza tapas a’la Whole Foods…plus I stole a spoonful of blood orange sorbet!
Yay to Wholefoods! Gotta check out pink salt.
