Pre 9 miler fuel at 5am
Breakfast – I was running late
Lunch – BLT Salad at a Birthday lunch; yep it was as bad as it looked!
Snack – Home made PB on crackers
Dinner – Chicken Fajitas, rice and Crème Brule…after 55 hours work and 24 hours commuting in 4 days no way I am cooking!
