Breakfast: 2 slices oatmeal toast, jam, coffee
Post Run Meal: Greek Yoghurt, cereal, fat-free milk
Lunch: Chicken Sandwich. Sorry, no cell phone with me – no pic.
Dinner: An orange, Heritage cereal w/fat-free milk
