Breakfast



Fage Greek Yogurt (0% Fat, plain), Raisin Bran Flakes, Skim Milk

Snack

Pear

Lunch


Chicken, Spinach Salad, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Soybean Sprouts, Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette

Dinner
Friday night is "cheat-meal" night. I can eat a meal of my choice!
Shared with my husband one Portobello Mushroom and one Pizza. I eat this without regret! Sorry, no picture here.
