Day 14, only? Gee, who would have thought taking pictures of each meal would be so much work and take so much discipline when I'm so hungry and all I want to do is eat!!!
Breakfast: Bad! We were out of Spenda and we ain’t have no sugar. So we went for coffee. Had a bad blueberry muffin…was just too sweet and made me feel sick.
Snack 1: Heritage grain flakes, fat-free milk
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, chick peas, egg whites, chicken, peppers, fat-free vinegarette dressing), small vegetarian split pea soup
Snack 2: Soy Crisps – one serving
Post Workout Meal: Max Muscle Vanilla Protein shake
Dinner: Sushi (Edamame, Miso soup, Alaska roll, green tea, one slice watermelon)







Lol have you looked at using Windows Live Writer, it makes things a bit easier
