Day 6 - Stephanie

Breakfast
I know this looks super boring. I’m eating these 2 slices whole wheat toast every morning. I’m sorry this is the fist image of my post, too!

Snack 1
Oatmeal, shredded, blanched almonds

Post Workout Meal
Max Muscle High 5 Protein shake, Amino Acids

Lunch
Chicken, red lentils, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes

Snack 2
Pear

Dinner
Roasted turkey breast on whole-wheat bread, mustard, cucumbers, tomatoes
