Breakfast – I forgot the picture…but this was it!
Ride fuel – although I cut the ride short and didn’t take the gels and only drank 3 bottles, experience has taught me it’s always better to have too much
Lunch – cheese and ham sandwich and Mix1 which I turned into…
…this; Mix1, frozen berrries, Amino acids supp and crushed ice
Snack – everyone needs their mojo!
Dinner – a’la Whole Foods'; turkey breast, cabbage salad, mash pot and all the steamed veggies they had left…which was not many!
