Lunch: chicken w/medley rice from Wholefoods
Desert (ouch!): Breakfast bar from Wholefoods…Heaven!!!!!!!!!
Dinner: Turkey breast on freshly baked wheat bread, apple
I guess today was high carb-day! I trust my body and it’s cravings for more carbs…it’s an indicator.
