Snack – no photo, Kettle chips and and a Clif Bar
Dinner – was roasted chicken and quinoa with veggies, followed by SF chocolate jello and bananas
Today was the first day I maxed my daily calorie count!

ReplyDeleteLOL, well the truth is I have maxxed out before but the exercise winds it back down, today I only swam so it was very little burn!
