Back to work after a long break.. so I needed to plan ahead for lunch, which almost failed!
Brekkie - 'narna, nuts 'n' OJ.
Lunch - Home built tuna salad, with curly kale, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, and good old balsamic syrup as a dressing. I kept the tuna separate so as not to spoil the salad.. and left the tin opener at home, doh! I managed to get it open in the end.
Snack - I love these fruit only smoothies, I wonder if they're available in the USA?
Dinner - Made some butternut squash soup, and the recipe calls for peanut butter; there was too much. But at least my salt/protein/fat levels should be ok.
