Breakfast – late so boxed, muesli and coffee
Lunch – Cobb Salad, with soy eggs and fakin’ bakin’
Snack – Mojo rising…and a couple of crackers with PB
Dinner – brown rice and Chinese casserole
Reduced Halls intake and I tried Tazo tea for the first time…ok if I used 2 bags!
Hmmm...maybe I should take pictures of all my food intake as well! Is it keeping you on track Stuart?
