Day 2 – Stuart

Breakfast - Home made muesli, OJ, tea (milk and sweetener)

Lunch – Reddi Egg mushroom and ham omelet with avocado and salsa

Dinner – Baked Cod Casserole, half jacket potato and carrots

There were a few cups of tea in the day and a handful of sugar free Ricola
