Breakfast - plain yogurt and coffee
Lunch
- Homemade Tuscan Vegetable Bean Soup
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 2-3 small baked falafel
Dinner
- sourdough english muffin
- home made hummus
- 1 cup grapes
- 6 almonds
Snacks
- Kashi bar
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 small piece of chocolate
- coffee with cream and sugar
