Day 2 - Cie

There was a family birthday today, and the plan was to eat out in the evening. It never happened, so we had a bit of stodge at home instead.

Breakfast - oat crunch + yoghurt with orange juice and black tea.

Lunch - Black coffee and granola bar


The birthday party that turned into pizza (434 cals) wedges and a brownie. All in all a pretty poor day for fuel/nutrition.
