Day 1 - Cie

Breakfast - banana, cashew nuts, orange juice. 

Lunch - pea & ham soup + roll. 

Mid-afternoon snack - fruit smoothie

Dinner - Ham hock pie, curly kale, spring greens, cherry tomatoes, carrots, grapes, basalmic syrup dressing. Sweet - Pear and yoghurt.

    Interesting that they make a point of saying banana free!
